科技创新背景下中国文化产业人才培养模式转变研究

Study on Personnel Training Mode Transformation of Cultural Industry in China Under the Background of Technology Innovation

越来越多的科技创新成果被应用于文化产业领域,不仅促进文化产业的发展,还加速文化与科技融合的步伐。培养文化与科技相融合的复合型人才是发展文化产业和文化产业创新的核心基础。文章从科技创新与文化产业的关系入手,分析中国文化产业专业人才培养中存在的问题及成因;在高校层面提出以科技创新为驱动构建适应社会发展的文化产业人才培养体系;并对社会层面上文化科技人才的培养途径进行探索。

More and more technology innovations are being applied in cultural industry,which not only promote the development of cultural industry,but also accelerate the integration of culture and technology.Therefore,cultivating compound talents is the core foundation of cultural industry’s innovation and development.In this paper,based on the relationship between technology innovation and cultural industry,problems in personnel training of cultural industry have been analyzed.Finally,implications are suggested at the university level and social level respectively.
