摘要
空防威胁评估旨在将观测到的所有飞行器,根据其相对于防御资源的威胁程度进行评级。针对现有方法进行空防威胁评估不能充分考虑指标间的相互影响关系,提出网络分析法的威胁评估模型。根据来袭目标的攻击意图以及最大威判距离划分威胁等级,并依据网络分析法构建评估体系对一级威胁目标分配威胁值。模型充分考虑了空防威胁评估特殊性,更好地描述了指标间的相互影响关系,具有更强的针对性和有效性。通过仿真,评估模型符合一般战术推理和经验判断,能较好地描述空袭目标威胁大小,可为防空作战决策研究提供一定的参考。
The threat assessment of air defense aims at ranking observed enemy craft according to their threatening behavior with respect to a number of defended assets. For the problem that the existing methods of threat assessment of air defense do not take full account of the interaction among indexes, this paper proposes a threat assessment model based on analytic network process. The proposed model is divided the threat levels based on the incoming targets' attack intent and the maximum distance of threat judgment, then the assessment model is built to assign the threat value to first threat target based on analytic network process. Considering the special nature of the threat assessment of air defense, the proposed model can better describe the interaction among indexes and has more relevance and effectiveness than the existing methods. The simulation results show that the proposed model is consistent with the general tactical reasoning and experience judgment, which can better describe the threat extent of the air targets, and can provide a reference for the decision of air defense operations.
