目的宫颈癌是威胁女性健康和生命的疾病,早期筛查并及时发现宫颈癌前病变是阻断宫颈癌病变过程的关键。高危型人乳头瘤病毒(high risk human papillomavirus,hr-HPV)的持续感染是宫颈癌的病因,其必要条件是hr-HPV的基因整合到宫颈上皮细胞内,才能在各种原因作用下促成宫颈癌的发生。因此,清除hr-HPV是干预和阻断宫颈癌发生和降低复发的重要环节。

Cervical cancer is a threat to women＇s health and lives.It is the crux that early screening to detect cervical precancerous lesions for blocking cervical cancer disease process.Persistent infection of high-risk types of human papillomavirus（hr-HPV） is the cause of cervical cancer certainly.However,it is necessary that the genes of hr-HPV integrated into the cervical epithelial cell chromosome,which with the help of multiple factors to attribute the process of cervical carcinoma.Therefore,to eradicate hr-HPV is critical intervention measure for cervical cancer prevention and recurrence.
