膀胱充盈联合B超在宫腔粘连分离术中的监测作用

The monitor effect of filling of bladder combined with B-type ultrasonic in transcervical resection of adhesion

目的探讨膀胱充盈联合B超在宫腔粘连分离术中的监测作用。方法选择成都市妇幼中心东城根街院区2005年1月至2015年7月治疗的中度宫腔粘连患者121例,给予膀胱充盈联合B超监测下行宫腔粘连分离术58例为A组,直接在宫腔镜下行宫腔粘连分离术63例为B组,观察两组患者宫腔粘连一次性分离彻底的情况。结果 A组58例患者一次性手术彻底分离52例(89.66%),B组63例患者一次性彻底分离47例(74.60%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膀胱充盈联合B超在宫腔粘连分离术中能起到较好的监测作用并增加一次性手术成功的概率。

Objective To investigate the monitor effect of filling of bladder combined with B-type ultrasonic in transcervical resection of adhesion（TCRA）.Methods The data of 121 patients with moderate intrauterine adhesion treated in Chengdu Family Planning Consulting Institute from January 2005 to July 2015 were collected,58 patients who underwent TCRA under B-type ultrasonic monitoring combined with filling bladder were selected as group A.63 patients who underwent TCRA directly were selected as group B.Recovery condition of intrauterine adhesion of two groups were observed.Results 52 patients in group A got thoroughly adhesiolysis（89.66%）,47 patients in group B got thoroughly adhesiolysis（74.60%）.The differences between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Filling of bladder combined with B-type ultrasonic monitoring can play a good role in TCRA and increase the rate of thoroughly adhesiolysis.
