四川省圈养野猪源和小香猪源贾第虫及隐孢子虫的分离与鉴定 被引量:7

Isolation and identification of Giardia and Cryptosporidium genotypes from captive wild boars and Xiang pigs in Sichuan Province

摘要 为调查四川省野猪源及小香猪源贾第虫和隐孢子虫感染情况,采集了326份圈养野猪和小香猪的新鲜粪便,提取基因组DNA,经巢式PCR扩增贾第虫β-giardin位点基因和隐孢子虫18S r RNA位点基因,鉴定阳性粪便贾第虫集聚体和隐孢子虫虫种。结果表明:11头野猪感染蓝氏贾第虫(10头感染集聚体E,1头感染集聚体A);2头小香猪感染蓝氏贾第虫集聚体E;3头野猪和3头小香猪均感染成猪隐孢子虫;未见贾第虫和隐孢子虫混合感染。本试验首次在国内报道了野猪和小香猪感染蓝氏贾第虫和隐孢子虫,并确定了2种蓝氏贾第虫集聚体和1种隐孢子虫虫种。 The present study was conducted to examine the occurrence and assemblages/species of Giardia and Cryptosporidium in wild boars and Xiang pigs in Sichuan Province. Fresh fecal specimens were collected from 308 wild boars and 18 Xiang pigs, and stool DNAs were extracted. The amplification ofβ-giardin gene and 18 S r RNA gene by nested PCR was applied to identify the assemblage of Giardia and species of Cryptosporidium, respectively. In result, 11 wild boars were infected by Giardia lamblia with assemblage E(n=10), and assemblage A(n=1)and assemblage E were also identified in 2 Xiang pigs. While,3wild boars and 3 Xiang pigs were infected with C.scrofarum. No mixed Giardia and Cryptosporidium infection was observed. This is the first report of wild boars and Xiang pigs infected by Giardia and Cryptosporidium in China and assemblage A, E for Giardia, and C.scrofarum for Cryptosporidium were found.
