摘要
双导师制是目前高校对本科师范生进行的一种双师学科合作教学培养模式。双导师制打破了以往单一导师制的限制,更加符合本科师范生的培养要求,是提高师范生培养质量及就业竞争力的有效途径。课题组以廊坊师范学院生物专业本科师范生实施双导师制实践为基础,分析本校双导师制实施过程中存在的问题以及原因,提出了解决问题的对策,为双导师制的高效运行提供理论和实践依据。
Double Tutorial System is a kind of cooperative teaching mode for undergraduate normal college students. Double Tutorial System breaks the limitation of previous single tutorial system, and is more in line with the training requirements of the undergraduate students. It is an effective way to improve the quality and competence of the normal students. The research group based on the implementation of the practice of Double Tutorial System in Langfang Teachers University's biological undergraduate normal students, analyses existing problems of implement Double Tutorial System in our school, and puts forward the countermeasures, providing theoretical and practical basis for the efficient operation of the Double Tutorial System.
