Conscientiously Shouldering the Responsibilities:An Essential Feature of Marxist Parties

担当是马克思主义政党的一贯品质,是马克思主义建党思想的精髓。习近平同志在新的历史时期,对党员干部提出担当要求,是对马克思主义建党学说的继承和发展。在经济社会转型发展的历史时期,学习习近平同志提出的担当思想,是应对国际国内形势发展的需要,是实现中国梦宏伟蓝图的需要,是增强全国人民对社会主义道路自信、制度自信和理论自信的需要。

Shouldering the responsibilities has always been one of the essential features and the building foun- dations of the Marxist Parties. Xi Jinping, the General Secretary of Communist Party of China （ CPC）, has reques- ted that all the CPC members should conscientiously shoulder their responsibilities, which inherits and develops Marxist theories of founding Marxist Parties. In a new historic era of China＇s economic development and social trans- formation, it is of significance to study and implement Xi Jinping＇s thoughts of shouldering the responsibilities to meet the needs of coping with the current international domestic situations, of realizing the Chinese Dreams and of enhancing Chinese peoples＇confidence in Chinese Road, Chinese System, and Chinese Theory, or in adhering to socialism with Chinese characteristics.
