A SWOT Analysis of the Education and Training of the Party Members and the Active Applicants for CPC Membership

高校入党积极分子培养与党员发展工作,是一项集教育、管理、党建于一体的系统性工程,如何在保证数量的基础上,提升党员质量,改进高校党建工作已成为新的研究课题。本文将管理学中的SWOT分析法引入到高校党员管理工作中,系统地分析党员管理工作存在的内部优势、劣势,面临的外部机遇和挑战,有针对性地提出SO战略、ST战略、WO战略、WT战略,为高校党建工作提供可行的参考策略。

The education and training of the Party members and the active applicants for CPC membership at college is a systematic project integrating education, administration and Party building. It has become a new re- search subject on promoting the quality of college student Party members , improving the way of the Party construc- tion while guaranteeing a large number of Party members. By introducing a SWOT analysis of Management, the pa- per discusses the internal strengths and weakness as well as external opportunities and challenges in the manage- ment of college student Party members. Strategies of SO, ST, WO and WT are proposed for reference to the man- agement of Party building accordingly.
