摘要
手印的检验鉴定中细节特征的质量和数量二者是辨证的统一体。侦查员手印检验中要结合手印细节特征质量与数量进行科学的辨证分析,并用一定的科学实验的方法加以验证。
The quality and quantity of the detailed characteristics in fingerprints inspection are of dialectical unity. Fingerprint inspection combined with scientific and dialectical analysis of the quality and quantity of fingerprint details can be verified by scientific methods.
