摘要
本文考察了支链烷基烯酮二聚体(OKD)对纸张的施胶效果。首先探讨了优化的乳化条件。结果表明,当乳化温度为35℃,乳化转速为15000rpm,乳化剂用量为15%,并且施胶剂用量为0.25%时,OKD的施胶效果达到最佳。同时,论文对在瓦楞纸及文化纸中的施胶效果与商品AKD进行了比较分析,并考察了OKD施胶纸张的施胶逆转现象。
The paper sizing effect of branched alkyl ketenedimmmer（OKD） was investigated in this paper. The results show that the optimum sizing effect was obtained under the emulsity conditious of 35℃,15000 rpm,emulsifier dosage 15% and OKD dosage 0. 25%. Moreover,the sizing effect of OKD and AKD on corrugated paper and printing-and-writing paper was compared as well as the sizing reversion was also tested.
