摘要
研究了干度系数法和快速测定浆料浓度法对打浆度测定的影响,测定了两种制浆方式的低浓浆料纤维分布,分析了两种方法测定的打浆度与片基再造烟叶物理指标的相关性。结果表明:(1)浆料浓度法测定周期短,能及时表征浆料质量,较好指导生产;(2)浆料浓度法测定两种制浆方式浆料浓度均比干度系数法高0.3-0.5百分点;浆料浓度法测定打浆度均比干度系数法的高,其中制浆方式1高(3.3~4.3)°SR,制浆方式2高(6.3~8.3)SR;(3)浆料浓度法测定打浆度更能真实反映浆料纤维的变化;(4)浆料浓度法测定的打浆度更能准确地表征浆料质量。
Effects of drying coefficient method and rapid determination of pulp slurry consistency method on the pulp beating degree determination were studied,and the distribution of the low fibers consistency pulp of the two pulping methods were detected,and the relationship between the beating degree determined by the two methods and the physical index of reconstituted tobacco paper base were analyzed. The results showed that:(1) The pulp slurry consistency method can characterize pulp slurry quality to guide manufacture better with a short time;(2) Two kinds of pulp slurry consistency determined by pulp slurry consistency method are both higher than those of drying coefficient method by 0. 3 ~ 0. 5 percentage points; and beating degree determined by slurry consistency method are also higher than those by drying coefficient method by 3. 3 ~ 4. 3°SR in pulping method 1 and 6. 3 ~ 8. 3°SR in pulping method 2;(3) The beating degree determined by pulping slurry consistency is closer to reflect the real change of pulp fibers;(4) The beating degree determined by pulp slurry consistency is more accurate to characterize the beating degree of pulp quality.
