内循环厌氧反应器梯度多层旋流布水系统研究

摘要 针对内循环厌氧反应器现有结构形式的布水系统存在的主要问题,在对比分析各种布水系统的设计思想、结构形式及混合机理等研究现状的基础上,对布水系统结构进行优化设计。设计出一套反应器梯度多层旋流布水系统,提高布水均匀性,有效避免布水死区,增强了废水和颗粒污泥的混合度,有效强化了传质和反应过程。同时本文结合工程实例对布水系统进行了水力计算。结果表明改进方案具有一定的合理性,这为内循环厌氧反应器布水系统的优化设计及研究提供了新的参考。 In view of the main structure problems existing in inner circulation anaerobic reactor's water distribution system,this article focuses on optimization design for the structure of water distribution system on basis of comparison and analysis of water distribution system's design idea,structure form,mixing mechanism. A set of reactor graded and multilayered rotational water flow distribution system was designed to improve the uniformity of water and distribution,avoid water distribution dead zone and enhance mixture degree of waste water and granular sludge.This finally effectively strengthened the mass transfer and reaction process. This article also made hydraulic calculation for the water distribution system through actual project case. The results show that the improved scheme has certain rationalities; hence this provides a new reference for the optimization and research of water distribution system used in internal circulation anaerobic reactor.
