河东堤堤身渗透破坏成因及防渗加固措施研讨

Discussion on Hedong Dike seepage failure formation causes and anti-seepage reinforcement measures

防洪工程体系中,堤防工程是防御洪水的重要屏障,但堤防的渗漏破坏,可能诱发决口、溃堤,对堤内人群生命财产造成赤裸裸的威胁。本文以河东堤为例,对堤身渗透破坏情况和原因进行深入剖析,提出河东堤堤身渗透破坏防治措施,以期作为防渗加固工程的施工技术指导。

Dike engineering is an important barrier to prevent flood in flood control engineering system. However, dam seepage failure can lead to burst and levee breaches, thereby threatening people＇ s life and property greatly. In the paper, Hedong Dike is adopted as an example. Dam seepage failure condition and causes are analyzed deeply. Preventive measures are proposed on dam seepage failure in Hedong Dike, thereby it can be used as construction technology guidance of anti-seepage reinforcement engineering.
