大中型水泵大修工作规划的一些思考

近年来,无锡建设了很多大中型水利枢纽,其中共有大型水泵27台,总流量415m3/s,总投资超过10亿元。如何运行管理好这些主泵机组已经成为无锡水利人的新课题。本文以无锡市利民桥水利枢纽的管理实践为基础,探讨如何规划、安排好各主泵机组的大修工作,为整个泵站乃至枢纽的安全运行奠定基础。

In recent years, a lot of large and medium-sized water resources pivots are constructed in Wuxi, and the total investment is more than 1 billion Yuan. Wherein, there are a total of 27 large water pumps, and total flow is 415m3/s. How to manage these main pump units has become a new subject of water resources workers in Wuxi. In the paper, management practice of Wuxi Limin Bridge Water Resources Pivot is adopted as foundation for discussing how to plan and arrange overhaul work of all main pump units, thereby laying foundation for safe operation in the whole pumping station and even pivot.
