用FS-36量表评价不同方案治疗成人大骨节病效果

Evaluation of effectiveness of different treatment plans for adults Kashin-Beck disease patients by SF-36 Scale

目的评价不同治疗方案治疗成人大骨节病患者的治疗效果,为选择新的方法提供依据。方法按随机对照方法,选择确诊的成人大骨节病患者并将其分成两组,分别用中医药二联疗法和西医经典疗法进行治疗,治疗前后分别用SF-36量表进行问卷调查。结果经3个月治疗,中医药二联疗法治疗组生理机能PF得分为70.88±24.57、西医组得分58.57±21.58(P<0.05);生理职能RP中医组得分66.18±42.59,西医组38.57±43.45(P<0.05);躯体疼痛BP中医组得分65.81±22.89,西医组得分49.29±21.85(P<0.01);一般健康状况GH中医组得分46.32±20.68,西医组35.00±23.51(P<0.05);情感职能MH中医组得分82.35±36.91,西医组49.52±49.42(P<0.01)。结论中医药二联疗法方案对大骨节病患者生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、情感职能及一般健康状况改善作用优于硫酸软骨素配维生素E组合,是一种具有良好临床应用价值的治疗方案;SF一36量表具有多维疗效评价作用,可用于大骨节病患者的生命质量评价。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of different treatment plans for adult Kashin-Beck disease （KBD） patients and provide the reference to select new methods for KBD treatment. Methods Using randomized controlled study methods, the adult KBD patients were randomly selected and divided into two groups. One group was treated with TCM combined therapy, and the other group was treated with Western medicine classical therapy. The survey was conducted by SF-36 scale questionnaire before and after the treatments. Results After three months of treatment, TCM combined therapy group bivalent physiology of PF scored 70.88±24.57, treatment group scored 58.57±21.58 （P 〈 0.05）; physiological functions of the Board RP scored 66.18±42.59, Western medicine group scored 38.57±43.45 （P〈 0.01 ）; BP Practitioners bodily pain scored 65.81±22.89, treatment group scored 49.29±21.85 （P 〈 0.01）; GH general Health Practitioners scored 46.32±20.68, Western medicine group scored 35.00±23.51 （P 〈 0.05）; emotional function MH Practitioners scored 82.35±36.91, Western medicine group scored 49.52±49.42 （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The effectiveness of treatment of TCM combined therapy for KBD patients in their physical function, bodily pain, emotional function and general health improvement is better than that by vitamin E combining with chondroitin sulfate. TCM combined therapy has good clinical value for curing KBD; SF-36 scale has multidimensional evaluation and can be used to evaluate the quality of life of KBD.
