腔窦成形带瓣管道改良制作与实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的以Preclude心包膜为瓣膜材料、Gore-Tex人造血管为血管材料制作腔窦成形的右心带瓣管道,统一制作工艺及流程并应用于临床,观察中远期效果。方法利用特定仪器制作腔窦成形管道,并人工缝制瓣膜。应用制作的腔窦成形带瓣管道,在普通家猪身上行右室流出道重建术,手术前后及术后定期监测血流动力学指标,并于术后定期行心脏彩超检查,观察腔窦成形带瓣管道内瓣膜启闭情况。结果腔窦成形最适温度180℃,时间为30 min,压力确定为100 kPa。血流动力学指标术前与术后比较,各项指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后定期心脏彩超检查未见明显变化,瓣膜启闭良好。结论以Preclude心包膜为瓣膜材料、Gore-Tex人造血管为血管材料制作腔窦成形的右心带瓣管道,用于右心室流出道重建手术,具有良好的发展前景。 Objective To standardize the producing craft and the process flow,and observe the medium- and long-term effects in clinical application. Methods Polytetrafluoroethylene valved conduit and patch with bluging sinus production by using special instrument. Pigs were operated with the blood vessel that we made. Detect hemodynamics and cardio-ultrasound when perioperatively and afteroperation regularity. Results The best pressure maintained at 100 k Pa,temperature would be 180℃,keeped on 30 minutes,sinus cavity formed with satisfactory results. There were not yet considered the difference between preoperation and postoperation. The valves were well. Conclusion Using Preclude pericardial material for the valve,and Gore-Tex vascular grafts material for the right heart chamber sinus valved conduit to right ventricular outflow tract reconstruction has good prospects for development.
