厚朴排气合剂对妇科术后患者胃肠功能恢复影响

Clinical observation of Houpupaiqi mixture on recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecological operation

目的探讨中药厚朴排气合剂对妇科术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选取2015年7-12月在黑龙江省医院接受手术治疗的80例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组仅进行常规治疗,研究组术后常规治疗基础上加服厚朴排气合剂。术后记录两组患者肠鸣音恢复情况,首次肛门排气时间及首次排便时间,观察患者出现的腹痛、腹胀、恶心、呕吐等不良反应情况。结果研究组患者术后出现的下腹胀痛、恶心、呕吐等症状轻于对照组,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后排气时间、排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均早于对照组,两组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论厚朴排气合剂可以促进妇科术后患者胃肠功能的恢复,临床使用安全性高。

Objective To explore the effect of recovery of gastrointestinal function with Houpupaiqi mixture after gynecological operation. Methods A total of 80 patients were divided into study group and the control group（ n = 40 in each group）. The study group was given Houpupaiqi mixture based on conventional therapy after operation,while the control group was given routine treatment without special handling. The times of recovery of regular bowel sounds,first exhaust,first defecation were compared. The adverse reactions of abdominal pain and distention,nausea and vomit were observed. Clinical observation was analyzed. Results The incidence rates of abdominal pain and distention,nauses and vomit in study group were lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The recovery of regular bowel sounds time,the first exhaust time and the first defecation time in study group were earlier than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Taking Houpupaiqi mixture can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after the gynecological operation. It is safe to clinical application.
