摘要
目的慢性心力衰竭患者预后窦性心率震荡现象的评估效果。方法选择2014年3月至2016年3月我院心内科收诊的200例慢性心力衰竭患者作为观察组研究对象,再选择我院心内科收诊的200例非器质性心脏病患者作为对照组研究对象,比较两组患者的预后窦性心率震荡情况。结果两组患者HRT与HRV各项指标比较,观察组TO、TS、SDNN、SDANN、rMSSD均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者HRT与HRV指标相关性比较,观察组各个指标间的相关性差异明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者的窦性心律震荡会出现明显的减弱现象,可见窦性心率震荡现象是慢性心力衰竭患者预后的预测关键。
Objective The prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure in sinus heart rate turbulence as -sessment results .Methods Choose from March 2 0 1 4 to March 2 0 1 6 2 0 0 cases of chronic heart failure patients in our hospital cardiology clinic close observation group as the research object ,then our hospital cardiology clinic re-ceived 2 0 0 cases of non - organic heart disease patients as a control group study compared two groups of progno -sis ts situation .Results Two groups of patients HRT compared with HRV indexes ,the observation group TO , TS ,SDNN ,SDANN ,rMSSD than the control group（P 〈 0 .0 5 ） .Two groups of patients HRT and HRV index correlation comparison ,relevant differences between the various indicators in the observation group than the con -trol group（ P〈 0 .0 5 ） .Conclusion Chronic heart failure patients in sinus rhythm turbulence will be significant weakening phenomenon ,showing sinus heart rate turbulence in patients with chronic heart failure is the key to predicting the prognosis .
