微创胸腔置管引流联合尿激酶治疗多房包裹性脓胸研究分析

Minimally Invasive Thoracic Cavity Catheter Drainage Joint Urokinase in Treatment of Multilocular Parcel Pyothorax Research Analysis

目的观察尿激酶治疗多房包裹性脓胸疗效分析。方法 24例多房包裹性脓胸患者,抗炎治疗(舒普深+奥硝唑)基础上,在超声定位下行微创胸腔穿刺置管引流并注入生理盐水100 ml+尿激酶20万单位治疗。结果 24例患者分隔及积液均很快消失,达到临床治愈。结论微创胸腔穿刺置管引流术损伤小,尿激酶注入治疗多房包裹性脓胸安全、简捷、费用低、效果显著。

Objective Evaluate the efficacy of urokinase in the treatment of room package empyema . Method 2 4 patients with multilocular encapsulated empyema ,after anti - inflammatory treatment （sulperazon＋ ornidazole） ,ultrasound was used to assist chest drainage which has minimal trauma on the patients .Saline （1 0 0 ml） and urokinase（2 0 0 ,0 0 0 U） were injected to the location of the chest drainage .Results 2 4 patientswho were suffered by empyema reach the point of clinical cure .Conclusion The chest drainage which has minimal trauma on the patients ,at the same time ,with the treatment of injection of urokinase ,which shows the virtue of safety ,simplicity ,low cost ,and effective .
