联合健胃愈疡片治疗非甾体抗炎药相关性溃疡的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Jianwei Yuyang Tablet Combined with Rabeprazole in the Treatment of Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs(NSAIDs)Induced Peptic Ulcer

目的观察联合健胃愈疡片治疗非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)相关性消化性溃疡的疗效。方法将60例NSAIDs相关性消化性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组29例,确诊后即开始限制饮食并行药物治疗,对照组早餐前口服雷贝拉唑20mg,1次/d;治疗组加用健胃愈疡片1.2g,4次/d。均不再给予其他药物治疗。4周后记录患者临床症状并复查胃镜检查。结果对照组治愈率31.0%,总有效率55.2%;治疗组治愈率和总有效率分别为64.5%和87.1%,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雷贝拉唑联合健胃愈疡片治疗NSAIDs相关性消化性溃疡疗效肯定,健胃愈疡片可明显促进消化性溃疡愈合。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Jianwei yuyang tablet combined with rabepra- zole in the treatment of NSAIDs induced peptic ulcer. Methods 60 patients with NSAIDs induced peptic ulcer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All patients were given basic food treatment, control group was treated with 20 mg Rabeprazole in the morning, once a day. Observation group was additional- ly treated with 1.2 g Jianwei yuyang tablet, 4 times a day. The course included 4 weeks. Clinical efficacy, endo- scopic results before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group, the difference was statis- tically significant（P〈0.05）. And there was no significant adverse reactions between 2 groups. Conclusions Based on conventional treatment, the efficacy of Jianwei yuyang tablet combined with rabeprazole is superior to rabeprazole alone in the treatment of NSAIDs induced PePtic ulcer, with similar safety.
