摘要
提升安全生产水平是全球建筑业关注的一项重要课题。阅读国内外相关文献发现,在建筑行业实施面向安全的设计(Design For Safety,DFS)即在设计阶段考虑安全管理问题可以有效消除或者降低项目全生命周期安全风险。DFS作为安全管理的一项早期的介入方式,近年来受到了极大的关注。从DFS的特征与内涵、现有的相关政策、技术应用等方面进行系统的梳理,找出制约DFS理念推广与应用的因素,提出合理的建议,为DFS在我国建筑业的推广和应用提供重要的参考。
Safety promotion is an important issue in construction industry worldwide. After reviewing literatures in the field, findings show the implementation of design for safety (DFS), that is to consider the safety management during the design phase can eliminate or reduce the lifecycle safety hazards for the construction projects. As an earlier intervention of safety management, DFS has raised great interests within the industry. In this article, the characteristics and concept, the existing regulations and policies as well as the current tools for DFS were analyzed based on related studies. And the barriers that limit the implementation of DFS were identified. Also the recommendations were given for the future reference to promote DFS in construction industry.
