摘要
建筑业的安全生产问题一直是理论和实践研究的重难点,研究施工班组间安全氛围相互影响机理具有重要意义。基于文献研究,将心理安全氛围MTP模型和团队绩效IMOI模型引入机理模型构建框架中,在多团队系统理论、范畴化理论、团队绩效理论基础上,结合我国施工现场的实际整理建筑业施工班组的基本情况,对团队研究模型进行适当调整,构建了施工班组间安全氛围相互影响模型,为建筑施工现场安全管理研究提供全新的理论视角。
The safety problem of construction industry has always been the key and difficult point of the theoretical and practical research. As a result, research on the interaction mechanism of safety climate among construction teams is of great significance. According to the literature research, the psychological safety climate MTP model and team performance IMOI model are introduced into the mechanism modeling framework. Based on the multi-team system theory, category theory, and team performance theory with combination of the actual situation of construction site in China, the basic condition of the construction team construction in China is sorted out, proper adjustment is conducted on the team research model and the construction team safety climate interaction model of construction team is built. This paper enriches the theoretical framework of research on safety climate in the level of construction team in China and provides a new theoretical perspective for the research of the construction site safety management.
