To coordinate with American Asia-pacific strategy,the lifting of ban on collective self-defence is the premise,'Security Bills'is the domestic legal basis and the Guidelines for Japan-U. S. Defence Cooperation is Japan's military agreement with US. US tries to use Japan-U. S. alliance to deepen the implementing of the rebalancing strategy,while Japan plans to realize national normalization,to curb China`s development and to play a military role in world affairs through adjusting the defence policy and using the Japan-American alliance. The alliance has been deepened through a series of strategies,which makes the Sino-US-Japan relationship more complicated and the Asia-Pacific situation more volatile.
