人工砂混凝土配合比设计基本参数的确定

摘要 人工砂颗粒表面特征及级配异于河砂,对混凝土的性能影响较大。本文通过大量的试验以确定人工砂混凝土配合比设计中的基本参数(单方用水量、砂率、回归系数α_a与α_b),并得出:同条件下,配制人工砂混凝土单方用水量宜增加(2-8)kg,砂率增加(2-4)%。 Particle surface characteristics and grading of artificial sand are different of river sand, and have a great impact on performance of concrete. The article determined mix proportion design basic parameters such as unilateral water,sand- aggregate ratio and regression coef- ficient αa and α β of artificial sand concrete by a large number of tests. At the same time, It can be concluded that for artificial sand concrete, increasing of unilateral water by 2 -8kg and sand -aggregate ratio by 2 -4% under the same conditions would be the best.
