污水处理CASS工艺优化路径的研究分析

摘要 CASS工艺目前仅有《室外排水设计规范》(GB50014-2006)和《SBR序批式活性污泥法污水处理工程技术规范》(HJ577-2010)来指导设计,具体的工艺参数尚无其他完善的设计规程。同时,在CASS工艺各阶段,能耗、参数控制也不相同,具有极大的优化空间。本文从CASS工艺设计与运营出发,在保证出水水质达标的前提下,通过调整体积参数、数学建模、流场分析以及工艺时序等,提出实现工艺运行条件的最优化的方法,探索建立污水处理节能降耗的多参数动态综合控制模型,为实现污水处理厂的全过程优化提供一个完整的技术路线。 Only "the Code for design of outdoor wastewater engineering " ( GB50014 - 2006) and " the Technical Specifications fi)r Sequen- cing Batch Reaetor Activated Sludge Proeess "( HJ577 -2010) can be used to guide the For CASS process design ,while there is no more other code earl perfect design procedures. At every stage of the CASS process ,parameter control of energy, consumption is different, so there are many things to do for optimization. Based on the CASS process design and operation,on the premise of guaranteed water quality stand- ard, by adjusting the volume parameter, mathematical modeling,the flow field analysis as well as the process sequence and so on, we put forward the method to realize the optimization of process operation conditions, to explore the multiple sewage treatment parameter dynamic integrated control model with energy saving,in order to achieve the proeess optimization of sewage treatment plant to pmvide a complete technology mute.
