摘要
本文针对新型管材钢骨架聚乙烯塑料复合管金属的属性以及管道应用中存在缺失接地措施的现象,结合多部国家电气相关规范的要求,提出钢骨架聚乙烯塑料复合管内金属体规范接地的必要性。同时,利用复合管钢骨架的自然条件,给出相应的接地解决办法,对避免和减少在爆炸和火灾危险环境应用可能造成的巨大损失,及管道行业的安全可持续发展意义重大,为开辟和扩大钢骨架聚乙烯塑料复合管的应用范围提供了重要技术支撑,是具有极大应用潜力及经济效益的一项措施。
According to material properties of new type steel skeleton polyethylene plastic composite pipe, and the existing phenomenon of missing grounding measures on pipeline application, combined with requirements in some related national electrical specifications, the necessity of metal body specified grounding in steel skeleton polyethylene plastic composite tube was proposed. At the same time, by the natural conditions of composite tube steel skeleton, corresponding grounding solution approaches were put forward. It can avoid and reduce huge loss which might caused in explosion or fire dangerous environment, and has much help for save and sustainable development of pipeline industry. It provides important technical support to explore and expand the application of steel skeleton polyethylene plastic composite pipe, and is a measure of great potential and economic benefits.
