The local standard Engineering construction of Fujian Province named as ＂ Standard for acceptance of quality of Prefabricated concrete segments in Fujian＂ （DBJ/T13 -244 -2016） has been issued, which will implement on November 1 st, 2016. In order to carry out and implement the specifications of the standard, the compilation background, objective and significance of the standard are introduced, the main terms of the standard are interpreted, and the attention problems during the standard implementation process are proposed.
