Determination of Trace Arsenic in Biological Materials by Catalytic Polarography

摘要 本文提出了以H_2SO_4-NH_4I-Te体系为底液的测定生物材料中痕量砷的催化极谱法,对人发、桃叶及茶叶样品进行测定并获得了满意的结果,且与某些参考物质(82301)的对照结果一致。 Based on the work initiated by J.P. Arnold, the content of As (III) in human hair and peach leaf has been successfully determined using the 'free from As (III)' as a component in the system of H2SO4-KI-Te. A polarographic wave has been found at about -0.62V (vs. S. C. E.) peak value of the ward is directly proportional to the concentration of As (III) within the range of 0.01 - 0.5 μg/ml in the system. This method can be used to determine satisfactorily the content of As (III) within the range of 0. 0×-×ppm for ordinary biological materials.It has been found that the experimental results are in good agreement with the data of standard sample of peach leaf (82301). The lower limit of this method is 1 × 10-9g/ml, the standard deviation is 0.007ppm and the coefficient of variation. is 2.07%.
