基于广义DEA方法的中国西部经济业绩有效性图谱分析

Mapping Analysis about the Overall Effectiveness of the Economic Development in Western Provinces of China Based on Generalized DEA Method

中国西部地区经济发展在整个国民经济发展中具有举足轻重的作用,国家对中国西部地区的发展一直高度重视.自从西部大开发以来,西部地区经济发展取得了可喜的成就,而在中国经济发展新常态下,一带一路建设又给西部地区带来了难得的机遇.目前中国西部地区的经济发展和沿海地区相比仍然存在一定的差距和不足,如何发现中国西部地区经济发展的不足和存在的问题,对提升西部地区整体水平具有尤为重要的意义.首先应用广义DEA方法对中国西部11个省份在1985-2012年间的数据进行分析,绘制了中国西部地区经济发展整体水平图谱.然后,对中国西部省份发展的有效性进行了分析.最后,提出了新形势下中国西部省份经济发展的对策和建议.

The economic development in western provinces of China plays an important role to the national economy. The government pays a high attention to the development of western prov- inces. Western provinces have made great achievement in economic development under the support of the western development policy,the Belt and Road policy also provides opportunities to the west- ern provinces in the new normal state of Chinese economic development. At present,there is still a certain gap in economic development between the western provinces and the coastal areas in China. How to find out the problems in the economic development of Western China is very important to improve the overall level of the western provinces of China. A generalized DEA method is used to analyze effectiveness of the economic development in western provinces of China based on the data of 11 provinces from 1985 to 2012 ,and the maps are drawn about overall level of economic development in Western China. Then,the effectiveness of the development of the western provinces in Chi- na is analyzed. At last, the countermeasures and suggestions for the economic development of China ＇s western provinces are put forward.
