摘要
采用紫外可见分光光度法在262nm波长处测定蒙药述达格-4中苯丙素的含量,得出α-细辛醚在10.16-60.96μg范围内呈良好线性关系.回归方程y=12.303x+0.018(r=0.9997)线性关系良好,加样回收率为101.97%,RSD为1.98%.结果显示该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于述达格-4中苯丙素的含量测定.
Contents of shudage-4 of phenylpropanoids were determined by the UV-visible spec- trophotometry at wavelength of 262nm. The results showed that α-asarone had a liner relationship in the range of 10.16--60.96μg. The regression equation was y=12. 303x+0. 018 (r=0. 9997) and the average recovery and the RSD for α-asarone was 101.97% and 1.98%,respectively. This method is simple, sensitive and accurate,and can be used for phenylpropanoids determination in Shudage- 4.
