摘要
南宁华润中心东写字楼项目塔楼基础为桩筏基础,筏板厚度分别为5,4,3,4~2m等,最厚电梯井侧壁筏板厚达11.8m,增加了筏板混凝土施工的难度,同时,施工面积大且混凝土一次性浇筑量大。本工程根据有限的场地,采用双溜管浇筑混凝土技术,在工期紧张的情况下,顺利完成工期节点,并保证了混凝土施工质量。
The foundation of east office building of Nanning Huarun Center is pile-raft foundation,where the thickness of the raft is 5,4,3,4 ~ 2m,and the most thickness of the raft is 11. 8m at the side of the elevators,so the construction difficulty is increased. At the meanwhile,the construction area is large and the grouting amount of the concrete is huge. According to the limited construction field,the grouting technology with double sliding tubes is applied. Through the using of this technology,at the limit construction period,the construction schedule is ensured and the construction quality is guaranteed.
