摘要
连续梁转体施工过程中转体合龙精确对中有多种控制措施,蒙古营印河特大桥通过采用激光投线仪对中控制技术,可以在不需测量人员上下桥的情况下,实现转体梁的精确对中及姿态调整。同时在转体过程中,采用传统对中控制措施校验,验证了该新型控制措施的可行,同时多种控制措施的结合使用进一步保证了转体的对中控制精度。
A variety of control measures are applied in continuous beam rotation construction to control the swivel closure precision. The laser line instrument centre position control technology is applied in the Mongolia Yingyin river bridge. The continuous beam pier swivel and centre position control is adjusted without monitoring persons under or on the bridge. At the same time,the traditional control measures are used to check and verify the feasibility of the new control measures,and the combination of various control measures ensure the control accuracy of swivel and centre position control.
