摘要
为探讨生土地坑窑的裂缝控制技术,研究了多种裂缝的发生与发展机理,提出遏制有害裂缝的腰嵌梁加固体系,并采用数值模拟方法分析腰嵌梁加固体系的有效性,结果表明:使用该技术后可减小窑室进深方向的位移0~2mm,有效控制了窑室的横向裂缝,同时约束了纵向裂缝的进一步开展;同时还阐述了腰嵌梁加固体系施工要点。
In order to investigate its crack control technology,the occurrence and development mechanism of several cracks are studied,and embedded beam reinforcement system to curb harmful cracks is proposed,and its effectiveness with numerical simulation is analyzed. The result showed that it could reduce displacement along depth direction of the kiln chamber 0 ~ 2mm,effectively control its transverse cracks,and constrain further development of longitudinal cracks at the same time. The article also described the main points about embedded beam reinforcement system construction.
