摘要
山东中医药大学附属眼科医院整合了附院及山东省中西医结合重点实验室资源,对医学研究生进行了分段培养与阶段考核,取得满意效果。结合我院培养经历及体会,对阶段培养及考核的培养模式进行了回顾性分析。阶段培养及考核模式对于培养我院研究生的综合素养、满足社会对不同层次医学专门人才的需求,具有重要的现实意义。
The Shandong Chinese Medicine Affiliated Eye Hospital and Center for traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine combined forces and creatively trained and evaluated medical students through different stages. It can help foster students＇ overall quality and meet the demand for medical professionals of different levels.
