青年教师参加北大口腔教师培训的思考

Thought on young teachers' participating in the training of stomatology at Peking University

如今越来越多的青年教师参加教学工作,同时各高校对师资的要求越来越高。加强教师培训是帮助青年教师适应角色的重要途径,日前重庆医科大学口腔医学院特派6名青年教师参加北京大学口腔医学院教师培训,总结其对青年教师培训的经验及措施,并进行思考我院的教师培训制度。

Teacher training can help young teachers adapt to work and meet the ever-growing list of requirements of universities. Recently Chongqing Medical University School of Dental Medicine sent six young teachers to receive training in Beijing University School of Dental Medicine. The paper looks into the training process and lessons learnt from it, which can help improve training in our university.
