摘要
目的:探索医学高职教师心理健康的现状,并分析与人格特征之间的关系。方法:运用SCL-90和EPQ问卷对226名教师进行测查。结果:医学高职教师在躯体、抑郁、焦虑、偏执因子上显著低于全国常模,不同群体教师的心理健康水平不同,差异具有显著性意义;EPQ的N、P量表与SCL-90因子呈显著正相关,E量表与SCL-90多项因子呈一定的负相关。结论:医学高职教师心理健康水平尚好,其个性特征与心理健康关系密切。
Objective: To explore the status of mental health of higher vocational college teachers, and to analyze the relationship between personality characteristics and mental health status. Method: Using SCL-90 and EPQ questionnaire to survey 226 teachers. Result: The factors of body, depression, anxiety and paranoia were significantly lower than the national average. Different groups of teachers have different levels of mental health, so the difference was significant. The N and P scales of EPQ are significantly positively correlated with SCL-90 factor. E was negatively correlated with SCL-90 number of factors. E scale was negatively correlated with many SCL-90 factors. Conclusion: medical voca- tional teachers are mentally healthy. Their character is closely linked to their mental health.
