摘要
目的:探讨Sandwich教学理念结合多媒体教学法在小儿内科见习带教中的应用价值。方法:84名2011和2012级学生,分别采用Sandwich教学理念结合多媒体教学(实验组)和传统见习带教(对照组)。课程结束后,通过问卷调查评估两组带教情况。结果:实验组学生对教师的评价和对学习掌握情况都较对照组好(P<0.05)。结论:Sandwich教学理念结合多媒体的教学优于传统教学。
Objective: this study aims at find out the effects of using sandwich method in the medical shadowing in the pediatrics Methods: 84 students enrolled in 2011 and 2012 participated a randomized controlled trial. Results: the experimental group had a better grasp of knowledge and had more favorable attitudes to preceptors (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: the sandwich method and multimedia are better than conventional methods.
