沈阳二环桥改造工程钢箱梁制作技术

摘要 沈阳二环桥改造最大跨度55 m,标准跨度40 m的钢箱桥体,具有超大面积、超重钢箱体偏心构件和双曲面空间等结构特点和制作难点,根据现场起吊能力、位置布置及安装顺序将桥体划分为若干吊装区块,每个吊装区块又划分为若干制作区块在工厂加工制作。重点介绍了钢箱体制作过程中板件下料部件组合及装配等工艺,以及钢箱梁的焊接变形控制技术,解决了钢箱梁挠曲变形、焊接收缩、连接精度不易控制等难题,取得了良好的效果。 Shenyang Second Ring Road Bridge Reconsturction Projiect was steel box-girder bridge with the biggest span of 55 m and standard span of 40 m. It had characteristics and manufacturing difficulties of super large area and overweight eccentric components and hyperboloid space. According to the lifting ability on site, position arrangement and installation sequence, the bridge body was divided into several blocks, and each block was divided into several fabrication block for processing. The blanking sizes, composition and assembly for parts during fabrication of steel boxgirder bridge and the control of welding deformation were introduced in detail. Some problems such as big welding deformation of steel box-girder bridge difficulty to control of connection precision were solved, which had good effect.
