摘要
采用非等温示差扫描量热法对光热双重固化胶粘剂的热固化性能以及固化动力学进行了研究。根据Kissinger,Ozawa及Crane方程结合n级反应模型和自催化反应模型计算得到固化反应动力学参数。结果表明,紫外光处理后胶粘剂体系的特征固化温度下降。n级反应动力学模型与实验值相比存在较大差别,而自催化反应模型能够较好地与实验值吻合,并能较好地描述紫外光处理前后胶粘剂体系的热固反应过程,解释了紫外光处理降低固化反应温度的机理。
The thermal curing properties and kinetics of UV and heat dual curing adhesives were studied using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) method. The curing kinetic parameters were calculated using the n order reaction model and the autocatalytic model according to Kissinger,Ozawa and Crane equations. The results indicated that the characteristics curing temperature of adhesive systems was decreased after UV treatment. There was a big difference between the n-th order kinetic model and the experimental data. The autocatalytic reaction model had a good agreement with experimental data and well described the thermal curing reaction of UV and heat dual curing adhesive before and after UV treatment. It explained the mechanism of UV treatment decreasing the curing temperature.
