摘要
三维C型臂透视导航已在骨科手术中得到广泛,其最大优点就是术者可以在术中实时获得患者三维重建的图像,可以根据二维图像和三维图像的对比来实现手术的微创和精准性。且术者还可以在术中根据实际情况随时改变手术治疗的方案,而不必过多地担心定位不准确带来的一系列问题。三维C型臂导航技术主要应用于脊柱、创伤、关节、矫形等方面,本文就目前三维C型臂在骨科临床及实验中的应用相关文献进行综述。
3D C-arm navigation system is based on traditional X-ray navigation system and 3D CT fluoroscopic navigation system. Its greatest strength is that surgeons can obtain real-time 3D images of the patient and perform minimally invasive surgery with accuracy by comparing 2D and 3D images. Its application can allow surgeons to adjust their surgical plan intraoperatively and need not to worry about inaccurate positioning. 3D C-arm navigation system can not only analyze the relative position between the implant and the patient accurately, but also serve as strong evidence to determine whether anatomical reduction is achieved or not intraoperatively. This technology is likely to improve the surgeons' understanding of the criteria for intraoperative anatomic reduction, further facilitating creation of new criteria that will greatly enhance surgical accuracy and reduce incidence of postoperative complications. This is of revolutionary significance to the development of orthopedics.
