摘要
随着液压传动技术的发展,液压机械无级变速器在工程机械、农业机械得到广泛应用。对液压机械无级变速器结构、工作原理及关键性能参数进行了研究,通过分析其功率输送方式,推导速比、液压功率分流比及系统效率计算公式,并建立速比曲线、功率分流比曲线及效率曲线,发现系统效率优于纯液压调速方式并得到负载调速方法,最后给出了其在工程机械与农业机械领域的应用案例。
With the development of fluid power, hydro-mechanical variable transmission (HMT) is applied in construction machinery and agricultural machinery extensively. The structure, working principle and the key performance parameters of HMT are studied in this paper. The ratio of output speed and input speed, hydrostatic power split ratio and system efficiency are deduced based on analysis of the way on its power transmitting, thus the corre- sponding relation curves are built. The efficiency of HMT is better than that of hydrostatic transmission, and the way on speed regulation is achieved based on the curves, finally some application examples in construction machinery and agricultural machinery are given in this paper.
