节能型深海海水取样器的设计

摘要 深海海水原位检测需要解决降压取水和升压排废水两大难题。基于液压变压器原理,提出了一种节能型海水取样器,能将降压取水释放的能量用于废水的加压排放。介绍了该取样器的设计方案,阐述了取样器的工作原理。针对取样器的工作需求,提出了取样器的控制原理,对主要参数进行了计算。利用AMESim和MATLAB软件,建立了取样器的仿真模型。通过仿真,验证了本方案的可行性。该节能型海水取样器能够适应不同水域的检测需求,研究成果可用于我国海底观测网络的建立,也可用于深海空间站的建设。 The issue of depressurizing water and pressurizing waste-water needs to be solved for deep-sea in-situ de- tection. A type of energy-saving seawater sampler is designed based on the principle of hydraulic transformer, which can recover the water pressure energy during the sampling water process and use the recycle energy to dis- charge the detection waste-water. The design scheme of the sampler is detailedly presented and its working principle is elaborated. Aimed at the requirements of the detection device, the sampler' s controller is designed, and the main parameters are calculated. Using the software of AMESim and MATLAB, we build its simulation model. Through simulation, the presented energy-saving seawater sampler is proved to be feasible and effective. The energy-saving seawater sampler can meet the testing requirements of different depth waters, and the research results can be used in establish ment of the seafloor observatory network and deep-sea space station.
