摘要
主要研究了一种基于机液负载敏感的负载口独立控制系统。此种系统结合了传统机液负载敏感的可靠性以及负载口独立控制的灵活性,具有更加广泛的适用范围和节能性。负载敏感部分由比例溢流阀、传统机液负载敏感泵以及节流阀组成。分析了改变反馈压力的间接变压力裕度方法以及背压阀开口对系统阻尼的影响。最后通过建立仿真模型验证了上述理论的正确性。
An independent metering valve control system based on the hydraulic-mechanical load sensing is pro- posed in this study. This system has a wider scope of application and energy efficiency due to the combination of the reliability of the traditional load sensing and the flexibility of the independent metering control. The load sensing part consists of a proportional relief valve, a traditional load sensing pump and a throttle valve. The variable pres- sure margin control method by means of changing the feedback pressure is analyzed. Meanwhile, the influence of back pressure valve opening on system damping is also discussed. Simulation model is established in order to verify the validity of the aforementioned theoretical analysis.
