面向文化精准扶贫的措施研究

Research on the Measures of Cultural Precise Poverty Alleviation

文化扶贫的战略地位越来越得到全社会的共识,并已进入了精准扶贫的新阶段。本文针对文化扶贫措施现状和存在的问题,从协调协同工作机制、引导社会力量参与、构建文化精准扶贫云平台和开展数字文化精准扶贫四个方面提出了相应的措施建议。

The strategic position of cultural poverty alleviation has gained consensus by communities of the society. This paper identifies four aspects to take targeted measures, i.e. coordinated and cooperative work mechanisms, encouraging and guiding social participation by all means, building underlying cloud platfomn, and delivering plenty culture products in digital form.
