陕西省南部地区基层医疗卫生人员工作倦怠的现状调查及相关因素分析

Current Situation and Factor Analysis of Occupation Burnout among Grassroots Medical Workers in Southern region of Shaanxi Province

目的通过对陕西省南部地区基层卫生医务人员工作倦怠现状的调查,分析其影响因素,为提高医务人员的工作积极性、矫治和预防工作倦怠提供理论依据和实践指导。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法,以问卷调查的形式,随机抽取陕西省南部地区742名基层医务人员为调查对象。采用t检验和多元线性回归分析探讨基层卫生人员工作倦怠的相关因素。结果此研究共收集有效调查678人,陕西省南部地区基层医务人员工作倦怠度得分为(2.86±0.71)分,不同的年龄、工作强度、单位类型、工作对家庭影响和人事满意度,对基层医务人员的工作倦怠度有显著影响。结论陕西省南部地区基层卫生医务人员的工作倦怠状况处于一般水平。政府及卫生机构管理部门应重点改善基层卫生机构的人事建设体系,创建个性化卫生机构制度,以减轻医务人员的工作倦怠,提高基层卫生服务人员的健康水平。

Objective：Through the investigation of the situation and its influencing factor of the job burnout of primary health care workersin the southern area of Shaanxi Province, Our aim is to improve the medical staff enthusiasm, treatment and prevention of job burnout, and to provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance of promoting primary care health servicesin southern region of Shaanxi province. Methods：Using a stratified cluster sampling method, 742 grassroots medical workers of Southern area Shaanxi province. We used the multiPle linear regression model to analysis the degree of occupation burnout and influencing factors among the subjects. Results：A total of 678 valid surveys in this survey. Their overall job burnout score is（2.86±0.71 ）. The result showed that occupation burnout was associated with many factors, such as： ages, workintensity, unit type, impact on families and personnel system satisfaction. Conclusion： It is in general level of the overall job burnout among grassroots medical and hygienic staffs of southern area Shaanxi province. Therefore, the government should improve primary health system institutions and weaken job burnout of medical workers in order to enhance the quality of life of pri- mary health care workers.
