原发性高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的变化及临床意义

Change and clinical significance of plasma homocysteine level in patients with primary hypertension

目的探讨原发性高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的变化情况及临床意义。方法选取63例原发性高血压患者为观察组,另选取35例健康成人为对照组。比较2组Hcy、TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、空腹血糖水平以及颈动脉斑块人数。结果观察组患者TG显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但2组TC、LDL-C、HDL-C和空腹血糖水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组患者血浆Hcy水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);颈动脉斑块例数随高血压病情加重而显著增加(P<0.05)。结论 Hcy水平变化能反映血压变化情况。

Objective To explore the change and clinical significance of plasma homocys- teine level in patients with primary hypertension. Methods A total of 63 primary hypertensive pa- tients were selected as observation group, and 35 healthy people were selected as control group. Lev- els of Hcy, TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, fasting blood glucose and the cases with carotid artery plaque were compared between two groups. Results Level of TG in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, but there were no significant differences in TC, LDL-C, HDL-C and fasting blood glucose levels （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Plasma Hcy level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The cases with carotid plaque increased significantly with increasing degree of hypertension （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Change of Hcy level can reflect change of blood pressure.
