分阶段护理干预促进脑卒中尿失禁康复的研究

Clinical study of phased nursing intervention on promotion of incontinence rehabilitation of cerebral apoplexy

目的探讨分阶段护理干预对脑卒中尿失禁患者的康复促进效果。方法将本院收治的140例脑卒中尿失禁患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组70例,观察组在治疗过程中采用分阶段护理干预,对照组采用常规护理,分析2组患者的疗效。结果治疗前,2组患者尿失禁分级相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组尿失禁分级显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者3 d排尿次数、3 d漏尿次数、残余尿量、膀胱最大容积相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组3d排尿次数、3d漏尿次数、残余尿量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),膀胱最大容积显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。经护理服务满意度评价,观察组护理服务满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中尿失禁患者治疗过程中应用分阶段护理干预的效果确切,且护理服务满意度良好。

Objective To study effect of phased nursing intervention on promotion of incon- tinence rehabilitation of cerebral apoplexy. Methods A total of 140 cerebral apoplexy patients with urinary incontinence in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 70 cases in each group, observation group used phased nursing intervention, control group used routine nursing, curative effect of two groups were compared. Results Before the treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in urinary incontinence classification in 2 groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, urinary incontinence grading in the observation group was significantly lower than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in number of micturition on 3 d, the number urine leakage, residual urine, bladder volume in two groups（P 〉0.05）. After treatment, 3 d micturition number, 3 d leakage times, residual urine vol- ume in the observation group were significantly lower than that in control group, and the bladder max- imum volume was significantly larger than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Nursing satisfaction in observa- tion group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Phased nurs- ing intervention for stroke patients with urinary incontinence has exact curative efficacy and good nurs- ing satisfaction.
