心理护理干预在神经症性障碍患者中的效果分析

Effect of psychological nursing intervention on neurotic disorder patients

目的探讨心理护理干预对神经症性障碍患者的临床效果。方法选取30例神经症性障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各15例,对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组在对照组基础上应用心理护理干预措施,对比2组预后护理效果。结果观察组的护理总有效率为80.0%,显著高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意率为86.7%,显著高于对照组的60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的HAMA、HAMD、PSQI等评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经症性障碍患者应用心理护理干预措施,效果显著,能明显减少因心理障碍引起的各种躯体障碍,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention on the neurotic disorders patients. Methods A total of 30 neurotic disorders patients in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and were divided into the control group and observation group, with 15 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, and the observation group was added psychological nursing intervention. The nursing effects of prognosis were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 80% , which was signifi- cantly higher than 66.7 % in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The satisfaction rate in the observation group was 86.7% , which was significantly higher than 60% in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The HAMA, HAMD, PSQI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for the neurotic disorders patients can obtain good effects, and can significantly reduce physical disorders, so it is worthy of clinical pro- motion and application.
