微信平台互动对慢性乙肝患者健康知识掌握的影响

The effect of We Chat interactive platform on health knowledge of patients with chronic hepatitis B

目的探讨微信平台互动对慢性乙肝患者健康知识的影响。方法将80例慢性乙肝患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组在常规健康教育基础上采用微信平台互动干预,比较2组健康知识掌握情况、用药依从性及自我管理行为。结果观察组在乙肝临床表现、饮食、心理、预防、传播途径等健康知识得分方面均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的用药依从性好于对照组,在症状管理实践、与医生沟通、运动锻炼方面的管理行为好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微信平台互动能够增强慢性乙肝患者对健康知识的掌握,提高患者的用药依从性和自我管理行为,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of WeChat interactive platform on health knowledge of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods A total of 80 chronic hepatitis B patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group received routine health education, the observation group was given WeChat interactive platform based on the control group, health knowledge mastering, medication compliance and self management be- havior were compared. Results Heahh knowledge score in clinical manifestations, diet, psychol- ogy, prevention, transmission in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Medication compliance in the observa- tion group was better than that in the control group, the management behavior in symptom manage- ment practice, communication with the doctor, exercise were better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion WeChat platform interaction can en- hance the health knowledge of chronic hepatitis B patients, improve the patient~ medication compli- ance and self-management behavior, it is worth promoting.
