综合护理干预在脑胶质瘤术后放化疗患者中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing interventions in postoperative chemo-radiotherapy for patients with glioma

目的探讨综合护理干预在脑胶质瘤术后放化疗患者中的应用效果。方法将120例术后接受放化疗的脑胶质瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预,包括健康教育、心理护理、放疗护理、化疗护理和并发症护理。比较2组生活质量、护理满意度以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组干预后不良反应总发生率31.7%,显著低于对照组的65.0%(P<0.05);观察组简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)各维度得分均显著高于对照组患者(P<0.01或P<0.05);观察组护理满意度93.3%,显著高于对照组的63.3%(P<0.01)。结论针对脑胶质瘤术后放化疗患者实施综合护理干预,可减少治疗相关不良反应发生风险,改善患者生活质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing interventions in postoperative chemo-radiotherapy for patients with glioma. Methods A total of 120 patients who re- ceived postoperative chemo-radiotherapy were randomly divided into the control group （n = 60） and the observation group （n = 60）. The control group was given conventional nursing while the observa- tion group was applied comprehensive nursing interventions including health education, psychological care, and specific nursing management on radiotherapy, chemotherapy and complications. The quali- ty of life, the nursing satisfaction rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The overall incidence rate of adverse reactions was 31.7% in observation group and was 65.0% in control group, with a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The observation group a- chieved higher scores of Short-Form health Survey Questionnaire compared with the control group （P〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ）. The nursing satisfaction rate was 93.3% in observation group and was 63.3% in control group, with a significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions are potentially effective in reducing the risk of complication, improving the qual- ity of life and enhancing the nursing satisfaction in patients with glioma undergoing postoperative chemo-radiotherapy.
